Emmanuel Adegbite is ranked top 0.1% in the world in governance research, top 0.2% in the world in corporate governance research and top 0.5% in the world in accounting research by ScholarGPS lifetime 2024 rankings. In addition, he is ranked 34th (lifetime) and 28th (prior five years) in the world in terms of corporate governance research quality. He is also placed in the top 0.5% of all scholars (in all fields) worldwide. Emmanuel is professor of accounting and corporate governance at Nottingham University, UK and a visiting professor in management and governance at James Cook University, Singapore. He works closely with business leaders and policy influencers in implementing good corporate governance standards, and in developing strategies for instrumental corporate social responsibility. He served on the committee that wrote the 2022 National Corporate Governance Code for Ghana, and also on the committee that developed the 2024 continental (African) Director Development Programme Framework for the African Corporate Governance Network. In 2025, he was appointed chair of the scientific committee of the Sustainability Professional Institute of Nigeria.

Dr Aniekan Essien is an Assistant Professor of Business Analytics at the University of Bristol and Programme Director for the BSc Business Analytics. His teaching blends rigorous analytics with tools including Python and Power BI. Aniekan’s research examines operations and supply chain management, analytics and generative AI in business education. His article on AI text generators ranks among the top ten most read and most cited in Studies in Higher Education and informed UK policy discussion. He is currently a section lead for the Africa Initiative (AfIn) section at the International Journal of Operations and Production Management (CABS AJG4) and is a member of the Harvard Business Publishing Education research advisory board as well as the CABS CMBE Professional Standards Board. Dr Essien helps shape UK national analytics education standards with the OR Society as a L7 apprentice assessor and Associate Fellow.

Dr. Ayodotun Stephen Ibidunni is an Associate Professor of Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship and Coordinator Innovation, Intrapreneurship, and Entrepreneurship Programme at James Hope University, Nigeria. His research interests are Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship in developing economies. He has published widely in international journals, including Technological Forecasting and Social Change, the Journal of Technology Transfer, Managerial and Decision Economics, Journal of African Business, Journal of Workplace Learning, among others. He has received several local and international awards for his scholarship. He is an Associate Editor for RAE – Revista de Administracao de Empresas and has guest edited for many international journals. He is a member of many international scholarly and professional associations including the International Association of Knowledge Management (IAKM), Italy, Africa Indigenous Knowledge Research Network (AIKRN), and the Education and Business Support Thematic Group of the Nigeria Economic Summit Group (NESG). Dr Ibidunni is the Chair of the International Centre for Policy Research and Industry Linkages (ICePRIL) as well as the founder of Shaveh Consulting. He is the host of the monthly African Entrepreneurship Educators’ Workshop (AEEW), and the Impact Publishing Workshop (IPW) that is focused on supporting the aspirations of early career and young African Scholars in impact publishing.

Dr. Christian Nedu Osakwe is an Assistant Professor at Rabat Business School, Innovative University, holding a PhD in Marketing from Tomas Bata University, Czech Republic. He teaches Strategy, Marketing Mix, International Market Entry Strategy, and Quantitative Research, and has also delivered courses on Entrepreneurship at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

His research focuses on entrepreneurial marketing, digital technology adoption, and services marketing, with publications in CNRS-ranked journals such as the Journal of Services Marketing. Chris is an active reviewer for leading journals, including Technology Analysis and Strategic Management, Journal of Brand Management, and Journal of Strategic Marketing, and serves as a senior editorial board member for the Economy, Business & Development Journal.

Dr. Esho

Dr. Ebes Esho is a senior lecturer and Registrar at the Nigerian University of Technology and Management (NUTM). She is also a senior research associate of university of Johannesburg, South Africa. She conducts research and writes on management and organization with a focus on human capital as strategic resources for all forms of organizational contexts such as companies and countries. Her other research interests are in international business FDI, and generally in African contexts. She has received awards, fellowships and recognition from different global institutions such as the Academy of Management AOM), Academy of International Business Africa (AIB Africa), and the Global Business Schools Network (GBSN).

Before joining academia, Ebes worked in Nigeria’s banking industry for close to a decade, and completed Her doctoral study at Lagos Business School, Pan-Atlantic University. Her most recent publication is a monograph on human capital and the sustainable development of African countries published by Springer Nature, 2025.

Ebes consults widely for companies in different industries and supports students in business and entrepreneurship through the Students Founders and Entrepreneurial Platform (SFEP).

FADAH DEIN PASSPORT

Dr. Fadah Dein finished from Torugbene Grammar School Torugbene ( TGST), Delta State. Graduated from Delta State University Abraka ( DELSU) and obtained B.Sc Accounting. He went to Ladoke Akintola University Ogbomoso , Oyo state where he obtained Master’s in Business Administration ( MBA) having majored in Human Resources Management ( HRM). While doing the MBA program, he started another Master’s in Covenant University, Ota Ogun state where he was awarded Master’s in Accounting.

He there after went to Babcock University, ilishan-Remo Ogun State and Obtained Ph.D in Accounting in 2024.

Dr. Fadah Dein is a Fellow of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria ( CITN)

Dr. Fadah Dein has passion for education and always on the path encouraging younger generations towards education. On that note, he was elected as the president of Torugbene Grammar School Torugbene Old Students Association ( TGSTOSA) and president of Delta State University, Accounting Students Association Set 2006.

He is currently a Tax Auditor in Federal Inland Revenue Service ( FIRS)- Lagos
