Emmanuel is professor of accounting and corporate governance at Nottingham University, UK and a visiting professor in management and governance at James Cook University, Singapore. Dr. Ayodotun Stephen Ibidunni is an Associate Professor of Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship and Coordinator Innovation, Intrapreneurship, and Entrepreneurship Programme at James Hope University, Nigeria. His research interests are Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship in developing economies. He has published widely in international journals, including Technological Forecasting and Social Change, the Journal of Technology Transfer, Managerial and Decision Economics, Journal of African Business, Journal of Workplace Learning, among others. He has received several local and international awards for his scholarship. He is an Associate Editor for RAE – Revista de Administracao de Empresas and has guest edited for many international journals. Dr. Christian Nedu Osakwe is an Assistant Professor at Rabat Business School, Innovative University, holding a PhD in Marketing from Tomas Bata University, Czech Republic. He teaches Strategy, Marketing Mix, International Market Entry Strategy, and Quantitative Research, and has also delivered courses on Entrepreneurship at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

Dr. Ebes Esho is a senior lecturer and Registrar at the Nigerian University of Technology and Management (NUTM). She is also a senior research associate of university of Johannesburg, South Africa. She conducts research and writes on management and organization with a focus on human capital as strategic resources for all forms of organizational contexts such as companies and countries. Her other research interests are in international business FDI, and generally in African contexts. He went to Ladoke Akintola University Ogbomoso , Oyo state where he obtained Master’s in Business Administration ( MBA) having majored in Human Resources Management ( HRM).
